Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: December 2, 2025

At Sentia Arc LLC (doing business as Sentia Arc Consulting, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to ensure that our website is accessible to all people — including those with disabilities. We believe in providing equal access and a user-friendly experience for everyone, regardless of their abilities or the device or technology they use.

Accessibility Standards and Commitment

  • We aim to follow internationally recognized best practices for web accessibility, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). W3C+1

  • We are committed to ongoing efforts to make our website accessible, inclusive, and usable for people with a wide variety of abilities (visual, auditory, mobility, cognitive, etc.).

What We Do to Make the Site More Accessible

To support accessibility for all users, we:

  • Use clear, well-structured HTML and semantic markup to facilitate screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies. UW Homepage+1

  • Ensure images include meaningful alternative (alt) text when appropriate — or are marked as decorative to avoid confusion. Wikipedia+1

  • Design navigation, headings, and content structure to be logical and consistent, enabling easier navigation (especially when using screen readers or keyboard-only controls). Brandeis University+1

  • Strive for sufficient color contrast, readable fonts, resizable text, and support for different devices (desktop, mobile, etc.) so content remains accessible in multiple contexts. nacs.org+1

  • Where applicable, ensure interactive elements (forms, links, buttons) are accessible — including support for keyboard navigation, clear labels, and meaningful focus indicators. askearn.org+1

Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvements

Even though we strive for full accessibility, there may be parts of the website that do not yet fully meet every standard or user need. We are committed to continuous improvement, and as we update the website (new content, new features), we will evaluate and remediate accessibility issues as they arise.

If you encounter any part of the website that you find difficult to access or believe is not fully usable, please contact us (see below). We will make reasonable efforts to make the content available to you in an alternative format or otherwise address the issue.

Revisions and Updates

We may update this Accessibility Statement periodically as we review and enhance our site, add new functionalities, or adopt additional accessibility practices. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent revision.
